What happens on the call

You tell us what you’ve been told and what you’re trying to decide.
We ask about your situation, the treatment you’ve been offered, and what you’re worried about.
We tell you honestly whether an independent second opinion would help you, or whether it wouldn’t.
If it would, you get a firm fee in writing before you pay anything at all.

There’s no sales script and nobody will chase you afterwards.

Don’t attach medical records, scans or reports to the booking, and please don’t paste clinical history into the notes box. This isn’t a secure medical channel.

After we’ve spoken, we’ll send you a secure link for anything clinical.

You describe what you have been told, we ask about the treatment offered, we say honestly whether an opinion would help, and a firm fee follows in writing only if it would. — Thirty minutes, free, and nothing is sold on it. If an independent second opinion would not help you, that is what you will be told, and the call ends there with nothing to pay.
