Before you write to us
If your situation is urgent
Contact your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us. We’re a coordination service, not an emergency service, and we can’t help you faster than your own health system can.
If you’re already home and something is wrong
Speak to your own doctor first, and go to emergency care if it is urgent. After that, tell us what has happened and we’ll be straight with you about whether we can usefully help. Sometimes we can’t.
If you’re a hospital or a specialist
We’re interested in talking to hospitals willing to give net pricing in writing, and to specialists willing to write independent opinions for a flat professional fee. To be clear from the first message: we pay you for your time, and we will never accept any commission, referral fee or rebate from you, ever.
If you’re selling something
We’re two people and we buy almost nothing. You’re welcome to write, but please do not follow up four times.
